Oh well, belakangan saya sedang memikirkan satu hal mengenai perbandingan. Adakalanya ketika sedang berbelanja, misalnya di supermarket, saya kerap berhenti di depan lemari pendingin minuman yang memajang berbagai jenis yoghurt. Saya biasanya membeli yang seharga 10k -25k untuk satu botol atau cup.

Setelah membeli yoghurt saya lanjut ke kedai kopi setempat, tidak jauh dari tempat tinggal saya, cukup berjalan kaki, lalu sampai. Ohya saya mulai terbiasa minum kopi sejak rutin makan nasi meskipun dalam sehari hanya satu kali. Ternyata hasilnya mampu menyelamatkan perut dari asam lambung berlebih.

Di kedai kopi ini, saya membeli segelas kopi , affogato, seharga 15k ditambah 20% cash back melalui sebuah aplikasi. Sangat murah untuk kopi seenak ini, apalagi disuguhkan dengan dua scoop ice cream. Lantas apa yang menarik perhatian saya adalah perbandingan kedua harga antara yoghurt dan affogato.

Dalam kepala saya, yoghurt cenderung memiliki reputasi yang lebih baik karena membantu melancarkan pencernaan, sedangkan kopi sebaliknya. Asam lambung akan bereaksi tidak lebih dari tiga menit setelah tegukan pertama. Mungkin hal ini juga sebagai akibat kebiasaan tidak mengonsumsi nasi sebelumnya.

Dengan harga yang sama, yakni 15k, kok rasa-rasanya yoghurt terlihat lebih mahal ketimbang segelas affogato? Begini, pemikiran ini muncul karena persepsi saya mengenai minuman sehat dan tidak. Ukuran sehat atau tidaknya berasal dari mana, jawabannya dari reaksi tubuh setelah meminum keduanya secara terpisah. Terlepas dari kategori sehat atau tidak, toh membutuhkan hasil laboratoriun yang akurat.

Kembali lagi pada perbandingan sebelumnya, affogato dengan harga 15k menjadi sangat murah dibanding yoghurt. Wah ada apa ini? Kenapa mengeluarkan 15k untuk hal yang sehat terasa mahal, sedangkan untuk hal yang relatif tidak sehat cenderung terasa sangat murah?

Saya tiba-tiba teringat pernah memesan satu porsi salad dan junk food, masing-masing seharga 60k. Untuk salad, bagi saya itu cukup mahal, sedangkan untuk junk food, itu harga yang wajar. Kenapa saya lebih keberatan mengeluarkan uang lebih untuk suatu hal yang menyehatkan dibandingkan junk food yang sudah jelas mengandung kolesterol jahat?

Everyone basically has opportunities to learn something new every day. They learn to get a new skill or to let go of what doesn't belong to them. The cycle comes and goes. Learning something new is not only a shortcut to improve one's life, but also to make one's meaningful, and their presence could make the simplest form of change.  I was once asked about the skills I have other than teaching. A One Year-Old Bonding

I was having a brief and light conversation with my boyfriend about how to create more memorable stories, create sparks in our relationship, and make better plans for our future. What I deeply appreciate about him is that he never ceases making plans for us as if he knows exactly where we're going, the potential issues we are going to face, how to cope with hard conversations, and many more. Reassurance, emotional support, and acts of service speak louder than just words. In lieu of the conversation, we had opposite points of view on how we would build healthy relationships and bondings in marriage while each of us is trying our best to achieve our goals.
